Payment Policy
Draft updated: September 21, 2026
1. Quotes and confirmation
Pricing depends on scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables. Quotes should identify included and excluded costs, taxes, and their validity period. Work begins after both parties confirm the necessary commercial terms.
2. Payment milestones
Deposits and payment milestones are specified in the agreement or purchase order. This website does not accept online payments or set a standard deposit for every project.
3. Advertising budgets
Service fees should be distinguished from media spend, content production, and third-party costs. Spending limits, account permissions, and reconciliation procedures must be agreed before a campaign launches.
4. Payment methods and documents
Pay only to an account verified by the legal service provider in an agreement or official document. Bank details and invoicing conditions are awaiting confirmation. Do not send funds using unverified instructions.
5. Scope changes
Additional requests are assessed and quoted before implementation. Changes to payment schedules or pauses in delivery should be discussed and recorded in writing.
